Pay Dirt is a classic with 2 primary bonuses plus a multiplier feature with a great gold-mining western theme. The primary game is a lines-based game with only one wild symbol available in reel 1. If the wild symbol is used in a winning line, it transforms into a 2x, 3x, 5x, or 10x multiplier!
The Dynamite Bonus is triggered by landing 3 or more scattered dynamite bonus symbols to award one free spin although your spin is on a completely new board with dynamite and a keg in the middle. You press the plunger to begin, after which the mining area spins and comes to a stop. Each bundle of dynamite connected to the plunger by fuses explodes, awarding a number of credits. The Miner then sends out a multiplier and if it lands on a credit award, that award is multiplied. If the dynamite keg in the center most area explodes, an additional spin is awarded. If the Miner’s multiplier lands on the exploded keg, all credit awards for that additional spin are multiplied!
The Gold Mining Bonus is triggered by land 3 or more bonus symbols from left to right, although they need to be on a line. This bonus is a glorified “Pick” bonus where the goal is to advance through four stages by finding “The Claim” before your competition, the “McNasty’s”. You begin the bonus by choosing an area to dig for a nugget or a gem, a McNasty, or a Claim or Claim Jump on levels 1 to 3. If you find a Claim, you advance to the next level. For every McNasty you find, they dig after you dig where the bonus will end if they find The Claim before you do. If you find a Claim Jump, any credits the McNasty’s accumulated on that level go to you. On level 4, if you find a Big Nugget, you get a final pick for a “Big Nugget Prize” to then end your bonus. I’ve made it through to the end before, and as your levels increase, all awards also increase! We had some serious luck on this one, Enjoy!
