Same as deal or no deal Bob, keep your chest or swap for the one that is left on the board…that's why you can pick your box at the start and get a random option.
When you get down to just 2 chests left, the accept/reject option is just a false choice designed to add some jeopardy. Obviously it's just luck what you get. It's like the top bonus on that "Deal or no Deal: What's in your Box?" slot that came out a couple of years ago, but I think they messed up here by not letting you pick your own chest at the start (even though the outcome is the same).
