  4. Epic win. So in the UK no taxes are taken out of a big win like that? Here in the US if you win a jackpot over $1200 the government taxes it, good for about 30% or so depending on what state you’re in. I got one once back on Memorial Day 2017 on a game called Kronos. I hit the biggest jackpot on the game $5400 on a $2 bet. The slots in the last few months haven’t been kind though, no big wins and mostly losses.
