If it was real he'd be filming himself at the claims office getting the check and all the fanfare happening there and since none of that then this has to be a gag scratcher.   38. We bought one of these joke tickets and gave it to a friend of ours on his birthday. We were at a bar when he scratched it and we could give him several legitimate tickets with it. He ran around the entire bar screaming and jumping and hopping around it was awesome! Granted he did cry when he found out the truth but it was totally worth it.
